- Discretion is core to how we work. You can sell entirely off-market with no public listing, no signboard and no portal exposure. Viewings are pre-qualified in advance, and no details of your property or identity are shared without your explicit consent.
International Owners
Selling from outside Spain?
Most of the owners we represent live abroad. We handle the entire sale on your behalf — viewings, agent liaison, buyer qualification and coordination with the notary — typically under a limited power of attorney arranged through your lawyer, so contracts can be signed without you flying in.
We work alongside your lawyer and tax adviser on the practicalities non-resident sellers face: the 3% retention withheld at completion, plusvalía municipal, and any capital gains position. We won't give tax advice — that's your lawyer's role — but we make sure nothing is missed and that timelines line up on the day of signing.
Throughout the process, updates come through whichever channel suits you — WhatsApp, email or a scheduled call — in your timezone. Documents are shared digitally, signed remotely where permitted, and every stage is recorded so you're never chasing paperwork across borders.
