• Shortlist & recently viewed — remembers which property references you've saved or recently opened, so we can show them back to you.

If you accept all cookies via our consent banner, we additionally load Google Tag Manager, which enables:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measures how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• Google Ads — measures the effectiveness of our advertising and helps us serve relevant content on other platforms.

None of these are loaded until you have given consent. If you choose "Essential Only", they are not loaded at all.
